Blockhost offers high-performance managed WordPress hosting services on cloud servers. Our services include website hosting, security, daily backups, and customer support. We may enhance or modify the services at any time to improve functionality or security.

Fees and payment

All fees are due in advance according to the selected plan. Payments are processed through PayPal. Fees are non-refundable, except under our 30-day money-back guarantee. Failure to pay fees on time may result in service suspension or termination. Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Free trial and refund policy

New customers are eligible for a 14-day free trial. If you continue using our services beyond the trial period, you will be charged based on your selected plan. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our hosting services.

Acceptable use policy

Customers agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and not to engage in activities that harm or disrupt our services or other users. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, distributing malware, engaging in illegal activities, and overloading our servers. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services during the six months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Medellín, Antioquia, except for disputes involving intellectual property rights, which may be brought in any competent court.

Blockhost may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through your account dashboard. Continued use of our services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
